For our mortgage advice services, we will charge a fee of between 0% and 1% of the mortgage balance, payable on completion of the mortgage. A typical fee is 0.3% of the mortgage balance. More complex transactions will result in a higher fee commensurate with the amount of work required in the application.
The fee is payable on completion of your mortgage. You will not receive a refund if your mortgage or loan does not go ahead.
