The village of Bishopton is approximately 15 miles west of Glasgow. It sits near the southern bank of the River Clyde, offering residents both a peaceful, semi-rural setting and easy access to the outlying towns, Glasgow.

Bishopton has historical ties to the medieval church, as suggested by its name, which refers to the “Bishop’s Town”, many of the original homes can still be found in the village and outskirts.
